About Orchard Consulting Group
Orchard Consulting Group was founded in April 2011 specifically to support not-for-profit organisations, local government and small to medium sized business looking to purchase and implement Client Management, HR and Rostering Systems.
Research has found that small to medium organisations do not have the required IT skills in-house to not only choose the right product but also implement the software to meet business requirements. This results in organisations building their own customised spreadsheets to manage business functions, which often increases administrative time to perform basic tasks.
Orchard Consulting has the experience and knowledge to support not-for profit, local government and small to medium sized business to align and roll out ‘best fit’ products in line with the strategic direction and vision of each business unit. From small to large projects, our Consultants provide the support and knowledge to achieve positive results, every time.
Donna Orchard (BSC), The Founder
Has over 20 years’ experience in IT including business analysis, project management, software procurement and business intelligence. Donna has significant experience in the Community Care sector in particular disability and strives toward ensuring services provide positive outcomes.
Stephanie Mclaren, Accounts Administration
Stephanie has over 15 years’ experience managing accounts and takes care of anything and everything to do with financial management at Orchard Consulting Group. Steph handles our invoicing, payroll and general bookkeeping. If you have a query with your account Steph will be more than happy to help.
Kate Harris, IT Project Manager
Kate is a professional IT Project Manager with over ten years’ experience in leading teams to deliver projects with complex organisational change. Her passion for delivering projects that improve organisational practices whilst introducing significant efficiencies is the right combination we need for our NFP clients. Kate has Prince2 and Agile project management qualifications.
Vardy Chipperfield, Business Analyst/Project Coordinator
Vardy has significant experience with HR, Payroll and Learning Management systems and business processes. Her ability to think laterally and apply logical solutions to our clients is a key strength. Vardy has over 15 years experience in a variety of industries and has extensive project coordination and budgeting management skills.
Finding the right end-to-end IT solution and building a ‘smart’ platform is our expertise. We find the best-of-breed solutions, match them to our clients’ business requirements and then build the platform from the ground up. We transfer our skills to stakeholders in business IT so they retain knowledge and build confidence to manage the systems independently. We build strong partnerships with our clients so they receive the very best ongoing advice and business intelligence.
